Imagine you are about to head to your daughter's club softball game, and you open the Blast Athletics App to get the game time and directions. While at the game, you are filming with your phone and catch a great highlight of your daughter running a double play, so you post it to that game's page on Blast and tag the shortstop and first baseman. Just by posting that video, it is immediately shared on the team's webpage, the club network page, and each athlete's Blast Profile. Anyone following along online can view it as soon as it uploads. The video will later be emailed to each of your daughter's sponsors from the Blast fundraiser.

Blast was designed during the social media boom, so we focused on creating an experience that is common between the major social networks. This way, our users can easily navigate around and utilize our features. We connected the necessary functionality of running a team, league, club, band or school athletic department with the content sharing and consuming of social networks.

Blast has combined payment management with online fundraising on the same platform. This means that team admins can request, collect and track payments from team members on Blast. If a team member needs financial assistance, they can fundraise through Blast to reduce their individual dues. Team members that just want to pay can pay, giving everyone an option. All money collected, both payments and fundraising, go directly to the team with the accounting and tracking automatically happening.

Blast has a exceptional customer service. Every team, school, club, league and band will be assigned a live, domestic Blast rep. Your rep will help your program get set-up and maintained throughout the entire year. Then your Rep will make your transition to the next year smoother than ever. As long as your program is either fundraising or collecting payments, there is no additional cost, no minimums.

We learned quickly that the people participate in fundraisers very rarely want the product they are buying, but do so to support a loved one.
What do really they want? A connection. The ability to see where their money went. Updates on the kid they care about, the program they supported. Blast makes it simple for teams to post content, then we email the content to donors every week. Plus, when the cost of a product is removed, your profits improve!

Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees, upsells or penalties. There is no out of pocket cost for any user, for any of our features. You can run your team, league, club, band or school for free. Blast primarily makes money on fundraising, with a little override on payment processing. We create an online bank account for each program, where your money can only be accessed by your financial admin. No one at Blast has no access to your money.
